40 hrs · Online · Government delivered
02
Stage Two

Core Learning Program

In-yard and in-cab skill development with our professional instructors — one-on-one, every session. Covers vehicle inspection, basic control, road driving, cargo handling, and safety systems. Includes 8 hours of Air Brake training if required. Completion earns a restricted Class 1 licence.

Stage Three

Experience and Equivalency

A 40-hour short course is available for candidates with previous, verifiable experience in Class 3 or Class 2 driving. Passed my Class 1 road test on the first attempt. The instructors know exactly what examiners look for and they train you to that standard — not just the minimum. Worth every dollar and more.

I was nervous starting from zero. My instructor was patient, never made me feel rushed, and genuinely celebrated with me when I passed. Best money I've ever spent on my career.

Manpreet K.

Did my Air Brake Q endorsement here then came back for the full Class 1 pathway. Clean equipment, real instructors, and they genuinely care that you become a safe driver — not just that you pass a test.

Got my Class 1 in less time than I expected. The one-on-one setup means you're not waiting around — every hour in the truck is focused on you. Had a job offer before I even got my permanent card.

Hardeep B.
Class 1 — hired before card arrived
★★★★★

I tried another school first and failed twice. Switched to All Class, trained for two weeks, passed. The difference in instruction quality is night and day. Should have started here.

Amazon Career Choice covered my Class 1 training through All Class. The team walked me through every step of the application. Now I'm driving long-haul and earning more than I ever did in a warehouse.

You need a valid Class 5 licence (non-GDL), be 18 or older, pass a medical exam, and complete the government's 40-hour online Entry Program. We'll walk you through each step when you call.

The full pathway is 125–145 hours across three stages. Most students complete it in 6–10 weeks depending on scheduling. We work around your existing job.

If you don't already hold a Q endorsement, yes — all Class 1 vehicles have air brakes. The 8-hour Air Brake course is built into the Core Learning stage, or you can take it standalone.

We're an approved Amazon Career Choice partner. Eligible Amazon employees can use their benefits toward Class 1 training. Confirm your eligibility through your Amazon Career Choice portal, then call us to enrol.

Class 1 lets you drive tractor-trailers (semis) — the full long-haul licence. Class 3 covers single vehicles over 4,600 kg like dump trucks and large delivery vehicles. Class 3 has no mandatory curriculum, so training is tailored to your current skill level.

All in-cab and in-yard training is conducted one-on-one with your instructor. You get dedicated time behind the wheel on every session — not split between students.
